1212-ZJ is classified as CR type retaining ring for bores, which is one of the internal retaining rings.
It is known as CR type self-locking push-on nut and manufactured in German DIN standard. It is thrust direction mounting type and fits the shafts and bores requiring concentric and lower radial mounting height. ZJ ring fits housing diameter (Dh) from 8mm (0.315inches) to 50mm (1.969inches).
ZJ ring can be applied on low depth shafts and bores with or without grooves, it is much more economic and time-saving.
Also, it fits in the low thrust load and often used in lenses and optical devices.
